1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use andreatang.com or place an order with Andrea Tang (“we”, “us” or “our”). By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into the purchase.

2. Products, availability and pricing

We take reasonable care to describe and photograph products accurately, but screens may display colour differently. Products are offered while stock is available. If a product, price or description contains an obvious error, we may correct it and contact you before fulfilment.

Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the site. Any shipping charge and tax collected by us are shown before payment. Your bank or card provider may separately apply foreign-exchange or international transaction fees.

3. Orders and payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe using the payment methods displayed during checkout. We do not accept a payment method unless it is shown at checkout. Payment is authorised and captured when the order is successfully placed and confirmed; it is not deferred until shipment.

An order is accepted when payment and inventory confirmation succeed and we issue an order confirmation. If payment succeeds but inventory cannot be confirmed, we will cancel the affected order and initiate a refund to the original payment method.

4. Order communications

We send transactional messages to the email address supplied at checkout, including order confirmation and, where applicable, shipment, delivery exception, cancellation and refund updates. You are responsible for providing a working email address and checking filtered or spam folders.

5. Shipping, taxes and import charges

Available destinations, shipping methods, charges and any delivery estimate are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise. Customs processing, carrier disruption, weather and other events outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

Taxes collected by us are itemised at checkout. Import duties, customs charges or local taxes that are not expressly included at checkout may be charged by destination authorities and are the recipient’s responsibility.

6. Address changes and cancellation requests

Orders enter processing promptly. Contact service@andreatang.com as soon as possible if an address is incorrect or you wish to request cancellation. We cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after an order has entered fulfilment. If an eligible paid order is cancelled, any refund is issued to the original payment method.

7. Returns and refunds

Our Returns & Exchanges policy forms part of these terms. Unless mandatory consumer law provides additional rights, a return request must be made within 14 calendar days after delivery. Returned goods must meet the eligibility conditions described in that policy. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; posting time after issuance is controlled by the payment provider or bank.

8. Acceptable use and intellectual property

Site content, branding, photography and design are owned by or licensed to Andrea Tang and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal shopping. You must not interfere with its security, use it fraudulently, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that disrupts service, or reproduce its content for commercial use without permission.

9. Accounts and privacy

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.

10. Liability and mandatory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits any mandatory consumer right. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed.

11. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms for future use or purchases by posting a revised version and date. The law and courts applicable to a dispute are determined by applicable law, including any mandatory protections of the consumer’s place of residence.
